Autre information : Lost Planet 2 est un jeu d'action sur PS3. Se déroulant 10 ans après les événements du premier épisode, le jeu nous propose d'affronter les terribles Akrids et diverses factions humaines à travers 6 campagnes distinctes. Si le soft est jouable en solo, il se prête davantage à la coopération entre 4 guerriers. Progresser dans les missions permet de débloquer des améliorations pour son soldat, en vue de matches multijoueurs classiques, capables d'accueillir jusqu'à 16 joueurs en même temps.
