Autre information : Puzzle Quest 2 sur Nintendo DS mélange comme son prédécesseur puzzle et jeu de rôle. Au menu, le choix entre 4 classes de personnages et des combats puzzles qui consistent toujours à réaliser des alignements de gemmes de couleur. Dans cette mouture la part belle est donnée à l'exploration qui se voit octroyer des décors en 3D isométrique. Un mode multijoueur est présent permettant de s'affronter en ligne.
