i already have this problem but i solved:
First check all solder points with magnifier lens
1.write DGX
2.use FT4R2
3.use CPU RST (D wire) 10-12 cm and POST_OUT (C wire) 70-80CM.
4.POST_OUT wire around CPU cooler.
5.if don't work with POST_OUT wire around CPU cooler try it with wire outside the motherboard
