I work in a videogame store and this happens a lot. Costumers are relieved when the Switch isn't broken. Most of the cases I see have switches that aren't used for a while or not charged for a while.
Most of the time it works when you let it charge it for half an hour and keep the chargecable in while holding the power button in for 15 seconds. After that press the power button again and voila it somehow works again.9apps
