Ps4 ne détecte pas la manette

J’ai un problème avec une ps4 slim, je m’explique ;

If your PS4 is not detecting your controller, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you:
-
Check Controller Connection:
- Ensure that the controller is properly connected to the PS4 using a USB cable. Sometimes, a loose or damaged cable can lead to connection issues.
- If you're using a wireless controller, make sure it's properly charged.
-
Reset the Controller:
- On the back of the controller, there's a small hole near the L2 button. Use a paperclip or a small pin to press the reset button inside the hole.
- After resetting, connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and press the PS button to see if it gets detected.
-
Try Different USB Cable/Port:
- If you're using a USB cable to connect the controller, try using a different cable to eliminate the possibility of a faulty cable.
- Also, try connecting the cable to different USB ports on the PS4 to see if the issue is related to a specific port.
-
Power Cycle the PS4:
- Turn off the PS4 completely.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the PS4 and wait for a few minutes.
- Plug the power cable back in and turn on the PS4.
- Try connecting the controller again.
-
Safe Mode:
- If the above steps don't work, you can try accessing the PS4's Safe Mode. To do this, turn off the PS4, then press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep (about seven seconds after the first beep). Connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and select the "Restart PS4" option.
-
Update the Controller Firmware:
- If your controller's firmware is outdated, it might cause compatibility issues. Connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and go to Settings > Devices > Controllers > Update Firmware.
-
Check for Interference:
- If you're using a wireless controller, ensure that there are no wireless devices or objects causing interference between the controller and the PS4.
-
Test with Another Controller:
- If you have access to another PS4 controller, try connecting it to your PS4 to see if the issue is with the specific controller or the PS4 itself.
-
Contact Sony Support:
- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware problem with either the controller or the PS4. In this case, you might need to contact Sony Support for further assistance or repair options.
