Hi, I'm absolutely new here and unfortunately don't speak french, but I hope someone can help me.

The story is this: I have a softmodded wii (4.1e + homebrew), the mod was done 1 year ago. Today I wanted to start "Just Dance 2015" but it was only black screen. On another forum someone told to run Pimp My Wii and do the updates it suggests. I did this, Pimp did find a couple of IOS's and updated all of them. Bingo, JD started and worked like a charm.

But at the same time another game, "Avatar: The Last Airbender" stopped working. We were playing with it yesterday evening with my son, but after this update it keeps restarting the wii every time I start it. I tried to set the game IOS to different slots and to change some other loader settings but none of them worked (sometimes it gave a black screen instead of a restart). The only solution I can think of is to revert the wii to it's previous stage but I don't know how. Pimp can probably load any IOS to any slot but I have no idea which version to use in which slot. My son liked Avatar very much so I really hope there is an answer to this.

Thanks a lot.

p.s.: my daughters like Just Dance, so it would be great to run both programs at the same time. But I could live with a solution to somehow switch the wii back and forth if that's the way.

Apparently it's cios 16 which can boot your avatar game because it is protected . You can patch the game or update cios16. If you use usb loader gx you can test to change launch setting between cios 250 base57 and cios 249 base 56

Thanks for the answer. The different settings didn't help, now I'll try to patch the game (whatever it means, I'll have to learn it first).

Also tried to reinstall cios16 from the wad file (the original that I used to softmod the wii), but no luck.

Now this is strange. I tried to extraxt an ISO from the wbfs to patch it, but every program I tried said that this ISO was corrupt. So I deleted it and the wbfs as well, and copied it back from the original source (I read somewhere that reinstalling has solved another guy's problem), and it works now. I have no idea how it went wrong at all, but it's all right. Thanks for your help.

To revert the changes made by Pimp My Wii, you can uninstall custom software like the Homebrew Channel, remove modified IOS files using tools such as AnyTitle Deleter or Dop-Mii , and delete custom channels. If you made a NAND backup before using Pimp My Wii, you can restore it with BootMii . Ensure you check for any external costs or services related to tools like Strickland Brothers Oil cost if relevant to your specific setup.
