Hello,

I have 3 controllers, and one of them has this hissing static noise coming through the left headphone via cable, and I don't know what to do. I tried to clean the audio jack port with a Q-Tip and isopropyl alcohol but didn't work.

Can someone please kindly help me fix this issue?

Best wishes.

Try using different headphones and a separate audio cable to rule out issues with either. Inspect the headphone jack for damage, and test the controller on a different device or with another controller to see if the static persists. If none of these solutions work, the controller may need professional repair.

Have you tried using the same headphones on your other controllers to confirm it's not the headphones themselves?

If the issue is only with that one controller, you might want to check if there's any dust or debris inside the port using compressed air.
